You have to supply your own linens and towels.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check out time is 11 am, check in is 3 pm.
We require a $250 refundable security deposit, which we`ll return within 2 weeks of your leave.
The deposit is required when making the reservation, while the full rental balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS house.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
You must leave the house in a clean condition.

Community Fees:
Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase amenity badges from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (Summer
Season). Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and daily badges are $7.50 per person per day. Renters must purchase a gate pass for $20.00 per
vehicle ($25.00 per vehicle in off season) in order to access the community.
